Ben Garver, owner of www.nebraskawalleyeguide.com, has been fishing Nebraska waters his entire life. He grew up in central Nebraska, fishing on several of the area’s irrigation reservoirs with his family. His passion for walleye has grown over the years and his name can often be found at or near the top of tournament results in and around Nebraska. He’s been a local Pro Staff member for Bass Pro Shops in Council Bluffs, Iowa since 2007. Garver also owns and operates Jolly Ann Marine Electronics and has an extensive knowledge of using today’s high-tech electronics to locate and catch more fish. Garver has been guiding on Nebraska waters since 2006 and spends time each summer guiding on several different bodies of water across Nebraska, from Lake McConaughy to Lewis and Clark Reservoir.

He considers his summer home to be Sherman Reservoir in Central Nebraska, where he spends over 150 days on the water each year. Garver took top honors in 2015 fishing the Nebraska Walleye Trail circuit claiming Team of the Year honors. Be sure to make a list of questions and stop by his booth to talk walleye.

A dedicated South Dakota Lakes fisherman and hunter. Lake Oahe and Lake Sharpe are his playgrounds. Hutch has been both a bass and walleye tournament fisherman, having over 150 top 20 finishes over the last 30 years.

Hutch is a former sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.

He and his wife call Ida Grove, Iowa home.

Jason and Megan strive to breed world class German Shorthaired Pointers that excel in; the field, home, and water. Jason & Megan have experience in training a wide variety of different breeds of hunting dogs and have handled/participated in NAVHDA (North American Versatile Hunting Dog) Hunt tests at all levels; Natural Ability, Utility, and Invitational (Versatile Champions). They also participate in AKC (American Kennel Club) Pointing dog Hunt tests at all levels; Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter, and Master Hunter.

Jason and Megan are members of; Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, NAVHDA International, and Midwest Tri-State NAVHDA. Jason is a professional Firefighter and guides professionally every fall for upland game, he is a NAVHDA approved Judge, and the President of the Midwest Tri-State NAVHDA club. He plans to begin the process to become an AKC Pointing dog hunt test judge in the spring of 2017. Megan is a professional trainer and is an intricate part of the breeding, whelping, and development of the puppies at Marzolf X-Kennel, Megan assists in guiding upland game when not holding down the fort finishing up testing dogs or raising puppy’s. Megan has had articles and photos published in the VHD (Versatile Hunting Dog) Magazine. Marzolf X Kennel offers training for all breeds of dogs and all aspects of life.

Nelson's passion for the outdoors was ignited as a young child by his dad, it was always a priority of his dad to get the kids outdoors and Nelson has carried on this dedication and loves to take kids hunting and fishing.

Nelson has hunted and fished in many provinces, states and a few different countries. He lives for the adventure of experiencing different cultures, cuisine and the people he meets while on the trail.

Nelson has owned and guided for several outfitting camps in Saskatchewan. Nelson specializes in hunting for trophy black bear and fishing for huge Northern Pike and walleye.

Blake is the owner of Ringneck Kennels, a breeding and training facility for high quality German Shorthaired Pointers. Blake has years of professional experience in training with a focus on top level German Shorthairs for upland and waterfowl hunting as well as field competition. His success in AKC Hunt Tests has created strong demand for his training and Ringneck Kennels dogs.

Ringneck Kennels offers more than just training for pointing dogs, though, and Blake’s positive approach to training includes anything from basic obedience to Master Hunter levels. He has successfully trained hundreds dogs including more than 30 different breeds.
